netserver GmbH operates various webshops. The deliveries and services of these webshops are provided exclusively under the conditions of these General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.

The contract is concluded when netserver GmbH accepts the order by confirming the order to the customer by email. The order is binding for the customer.

The prices are in CHF (Swiss francs) including the statutory value added tax. Ordered items will only be shipped after payment has been received in advance. Possible payment methods are: Bank transfer (QR-bill), credit card (Visa Card, Mastercard), Apple Pay and TWINT.

Delivery is made exclusively by Swiss Post and within Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Excluded customs territories are excluded. The standard delivery time is one working day after receipt of payment.

Netserver GmbH grants the customer the option of returning the delivered goods within 10 working days of receipt of the order, undamaged, in perfect condition and in their original packaging (including labels and tags). Personal care products (such as soaps, shampoos, shower gels, creams, ointments, oils, etc.) and sauna fragrances are excluded from return for safety and hygiene reasons. Products that are returned too late, incomplete, used, not in their original packaging and excluded from return will be sent back to you at your expense.

The costs of an unjustified refusal to accept the delivered goods will be charged to the customer. The right of netserver GmbH to fulfill the purchase contract remains unaffected.

In the event of defects in the delivered goods, netserver GmbH's warranty consists of delivering defect-free goods after the customer returns the goods or releasing the customer from the contract and refunding payments already made by the customer. If the delivered goods are defective, the customer is required to inform netserver GmbH in writing immediately, but no later than 5 days after receipt of the goods. Other warranties are excluded. In the event of complaints due to defects or incorrect delivery, a copy of the order must be enclosed with the return shipment. The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the customer. Postage paid by the customer will not be refunded. netserver GmbH accepts no liability for damage caused by improper use of the purchased items.

The goods remain the property of netserver GmbH until full payment has been made.

Trademarks, images, texts and logos used on the websites operated by netserver GmbH are the property of their respective owners. The copying and use of content from these pages, even in part, is prohibited without our written permission. Violations of copyright law will be prosecuted under criminal and civil law.

The contracts are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zug (ZG).

netserver GmbH reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and these GTC in general.
